Details Relating to Membership

Data gathered in connection with membership are stored securely on our servers and are protected from access by unauthorised third parties. We will only disclose these data as part of a cluster in as far as you give your consent to this.

Should you give your consent to your details being passed in line of the work in the cluster, all authorised users will also be subject to data privacy obligations.

Right to Disclosure

Should you choose to let us have your personal details, you can have them deleted at any time. Data required for billing, taxation or accounting purposes are not affected by notice of cancellation or deletion if their retention is legally or organisationally stipulated. These data will also of course be deleted once the legally stipulated periods expire.

As provided for in law, you have the possibility at any time of requesting information on whether and to what extent we have stored data relating to your person. Should you wish these data to be deleted, we will comply with your request as far as this is technically possible. However, for organisational reasons it may only be possible to anonymise the data. In this case we will provide specific information on the circumstances.
